Below you find a short description and instructions for filling in most of the fields when you want to register a business inquiry. All fields must be filled in in English. Please do not use CAPITAL letters throughout your inquiry.

Type of Inquiry
You can only choose one of the options:

For example, if you wish to both sell and look for a partner you have to register two inquiries.

Short Description of Your Business Inquiry
Please use keywords when describing your products and/or services. You should also indicate in this field if you only want to do business in certain areas or countries.

Example 1: Wants to sell edible oils, virgin and extra-virgin Spanish olive oil, mainly to Germany, Great Britain and Sweden

Example 2: Looking for business partner in Central and Eastern Europe in the field of advertising and media. Potential partners should be interested in providing AD and media services.

Classification of Products/Services
This field is optional but it will help others to find your business opportunity. You can choose more than one classification by using the Ctrl-key. If you do not choose a classification Chamber Trade will classify your company. The classification is meant to be of help mainly on the search page.

Delete Inquiry
Please indicate when you want your inquiry to be deleted. The default value is after six months but you may choose a shorter period.

This classification is meant as a help function on the search page.

·  North Africa, Middle East (the states in the North Africa with coast line to the Mediterranean Sea; the Middle East "ends" at the boarder between Iran and Afghanistan)
·  Central and South Africa (all other states in Africa)
·  China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan 
·  South and South East Asia (from Afghanistan to the Salomon Islands)
·  Oceania (Australia, New Zealand and the islands in the Pacific Ocean)

Phone and Fax numbers
The phone and fax numbers should include your country code as well as area code.

Main Line of Business
Here you indicate the main line of business, i.e. if you are a manufacturer, exporter, importer etc. You can choose more than one object to describe your business activities.

Short Description of Your Company
Here you can provide further information about your company, i.e. - Years of export experience - Certified according to ISO 9000 or EMAS or ISO 14000 - other relevant information about your company, your products/services, etc.

Reference
Please indicate a reference for your company, e.g. if you are a member of a Chamber of Commerce, or a member of another business/trade organisation or your bank reference. You can also state a business partner. We want the name of the organisation/company and the name of a contact person in case further information should be required about your company. Furthermore, we need to know how to get in contact with your reference, i.e. at least a phone number. Please note, that if you do not specify a reference we will not be able to forward your inquiry to the database.

VIP

Company Check
In this section you have the opportunity to put a "quality stamp" on your inquiry by having your company information verified. This means that Chamber Trade will check the information about your company against other sources. The service is subject to a charge (50 Euro). The company check is valid for the same period (1,3 or 6 months) as your business inquiry. Once the payment for this service is cleared your inquiry will be marked with the "Chamber Trade verified sign" in the listings.

Tip: On the search page, you can choose to show only inquiries with the quality sign - a good reason to have this service!

Top Ranking
You can also buy a top ranking in the database, i.e. when your business offer matches the actual search, your inquiry is placed at the beginning of the list of matches. This service is subject to a charge (200 Euro) and is valid for the actual business inquiry for a period of max. six months. The top ranking service requires also a company check, see above. The top listing is arranged according to registration date.

You can also buy a link to your homepage at the cost of 20 Euro.

Submit
When the registration is complete, you click the Submit button. Your inquiry will be checked by Chamber Trade and published in the database, usually within 24 hours. Please note that the system will automatically reject your registration if you have not filled in all obligatory fields, which are marked with an asterix (*).

Chamber Trade reserves the right to make corrections and adjustments before publishing the inquiry. We also reserve the right to reject an inquiry with a content which Chamber Trade does not approve of.
