How You Pay
As soon as you submit your registration you are automatically transferred to the payment server. Here you enter your card number and expiry date and click "Pay". As the payment system requires an e-mail address you will be prompted to indicate one in case you did not do so by registrating your inquiry.

If there are payment problems it does not necessarily mean that your card has been declined. There could be some problems in the communication with the bank. In this case, please press the return button and try again.

At the moment, it is only possible to pay the Chamber Trade services by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Security
Chamber Trade uses the DIBS system where the secure-server software encrypts the credit card number so that no one else can read it. The system communicates with the banks and the credit card companies via direct, private and encrypted connections.

The most common fear when people use credit cards for Internet purchases is that the card number can fall into the hands of unauthorized persons and thus subject the credit card owner to fraud. The fact is that it is as safe to pay with a credit card on the Internet as it is to shop where one must physically hand over a card to a sales person.

The connection to the bank is made through a private line, thus not over the Internet. The credit card information is sent directly to the bank via DIBS, and is never seen or accessed by anyone. Not even Chamber Trade has access to the customers' card information.

Privacy - Cookies
As a user of Chamber Trade, you are anonymous to us. We do not place any cookies on your computer or store any kind of information about your payments. We only get some information about your company if you register an inquiry. If you order any of our pay services, Chamber Trade will not have access to your credit card information or your bank account. This information is only submitted to the payment server, which is entirely separated from Chamber Trade's server.

VAT
VAT is charged at a rate of 25% to all purchases. The VAT is included in the price.

Refunds
If you order some service which we from various reasons cannot deliver (e.g. we cannot verify your company information), we will of course automatically give you a money refund. You need not do anything.
