Chamber Trade Business to Business AB is jointly owned by eight Swedish Chambers of Commerce:

The Chamber of Commerce of East Sweden
The Chamber of Commerce Mälardalen
The Chamber of Commerce of Central Sweden
The Mid Sweden Chamber of Commerce
The Norrbotten Chamber of Commerce
The Stockholm Chamber of Commerce
The Vasterbotten Chamber of Commerce

The Wermland Chamber of Commerce

There are more than 10,000 Chambers of Commerce in the world and one of their most important tasks is to foster international trade. This network gives Chambers a unique possibility to assist companies with market information, business contacts, introductions, etc.

Chambers of Commerce have always helped companies to find new business partners. Through Chamber Trade, the process has become simpler and less expensive. The companies do the work themselves. At the same time, the Chambers of Commerce are there to handle the system and offer support.

The Chamber Trade database has been on the Internet since 1999. The technical platform is developed by Capgemini.

Chamber Trade handles all business inquiries for Sida (the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) within the Trade Promotion Programme of the Swedish Chambers. Earlier assignments include the programme Marketplace Baltic Region, where we were assigned by the Swedish Trade Council to help companies in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia and Ukraine to find new business contacts in Sweden and vice versa. In the project Virtual Partenariat, we developed an exchange of business inquiries with partner organisations in Latvia.
